  • Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1991 with a general and business orientation.
  • He attended the Master's Programme in Business Law at ESEADE.
  • He practices as a general consultant in corporate law, specialising in corporate disputes; civil and commercial contracts; bankruptcy and insolvency; real rights; tort law; civil, commercial and constitutional procedural law; administrative litigation; arbitration; family and inheritance law.
  • Proxy of several banking institutions and national and foreign companies.
  • He acts as Director and Trustee of several companies in the country.
  • Author of publications on various subjects in his speciality.
  • Permanent contributor to the editorial staff of legal journals such as El Derecho and La Ley.
  • He has participated as a party in national arbitrations -Bolsa de Comercio, Bolsa de Cereales, CEMA- and international (ICC).
  • Arbitrator and Mediator of the Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje (CEMA).
  • He has been a guest lecturer in Civil and Commercial Law and Arbitration at the Pre-master's Degree of the Austral University and in Arbitration at the Procedural Law Department of Dr. Angela Ledesma at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires.
  • He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje (CEMA).
  • President of the Forum for Studies on the Administration of Justice (FORES).
  • Member of the IDEA Legal Network.
  • He is a member of the Commission on Justice, Judicial Organisation and the Practice of the Profession of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
